Riding Lessons with Laurie Holverson.
Laurie earned her USDF Gold Medal showing her FEI horse, Independance, in 2008. She completed the United States Dressage Federation (USDF) Instructor Workshops for Dressage Instructor Certification with high marks in 2003 and was awarded USDF Associate Instructor Certification in 2004. Laurie has also completed the “Train the Trainer” program with The Western Dressage Association of America.
She has been teaching, training and coaching riders along with judging schooling dressage and hunter shows for over 20+ years.
Laurie’s goal is to help each rider develop a balanced, secure and effective seat using quiet and supporting legs and hands for better communication with their horse. This develops a harmonious partnership between horse and rider.
